Some of our lead capture tools use artificial intelligence services from third-party providers (currently Anthropic) to generate informational property summaries and assist with inquiry responses. These tools provide informational output only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or investment advice.

All real estate decisions, brokerage advice, and licensed activities are provided by Jenitha N. Moore, Broker of Record, Aerie Realty LLC.

Information you submit may be processed by these AI services subject to their own data handling terms and privacy policies. We do not use your personal information to train AI models. We do not make legally significant automated decisions about you without human review.

This disclosure is made consistent with current FTC guidance on transparency in AI-assisted consumer interactions.

D. Marketing Communications (with your consent)

E. SMS and Phone Communications (with your express written consent)

When you submit your phone number through one of our tools or forms, you provide express written consent on a one-to-one basis, at the point of submission, to be contacted by Aerie Realty LLC by phone, voicemail, and text message regarding real estate consultation, your inquiry, and related services.

This consent is obtained in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227. Consent is specific to Aerie Realty LLC and is not transferable to third parties.

To opt out of text messages, reply STOP at any time. To opt out of all communications or revoke consent, contact us at the email address listed in Section 13. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal information. We do NOT share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent.

Service Providers We share information with vendors and service providers who assist us in operating our business, including technology vendors, payment processors, CRM platforms, and marketing tools. All providers are required to protect your information and are prohibited from using it for purposes other than providing services to us.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law.

Transaction records: Minimum of three (3) years, as required by Georgia Real Estate Commission regulations and GREC Rule 520-1-.09
Communication records: Up to three (3) years from the date of last contact
Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your relationship with us and for a reasonable period thereafter to demonstrate compliance
SMS and phone consent records: Retained for a minimum of four (4) years in accordance with TCPA recordkeeping best practices
Website analytics data: Up to twenty-four (24) months, subject to applicable platform terms
When your information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

 
5. Georgia Real Estate Law Compliance

As a licensed Georgia real estate brokerage, we maintain records in compliance with:

Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) regulations
GREC Rule 520-1-.09 (record retention requirements)
The Georgia Fair Business Practices Act, O.C.G.A. § 10-1-390 et seq.
Federal and state fair housing laws, including the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.
The Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), where applicable
Transaction records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years as required by Georgia law.
